It is where the all the guardians of the earth spirits live, well that is really under Kame's Place. Also there are the 7 wind currents, as you saw in Garlic Jr. Saga.Kame also stands for God, so I guess that fits him because he is the guardian of the earth.
Location Kame's Lookout is located on earth, you may also call it a passage way though the next dimension. It is located High above the ground in who knows where.lol. I actually am not sure where it is.All I know is that you pass Corin's place on the way up.
Hyperbolic Time Chamber The hyperbolic time chamber is a romm at kames place where fighters get a years worth of training in a day! In the room the gravity level is high and the air is thick and hot. although this may sound like rough conditions it is a great place to train. Say is you have a certain attack then ice are fire will go everywhere, for instance, Vegeta was powering up and fire engulfed him. Goku was fireing a Ka-Me-Ha-Me-Ha and he was being covered with ice.
